Hey! My name is Jay. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and my fitness journey has been a long and winding road.

A decade ago, I woke up one morning and felt the most tired I have in my whole life. I came to find out, after months of debilitating fatigue, that I had a sudden onset case of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). A personal trainer and bodybuilder at the time, my entire life changed in that moment, and I embarked on a journey of healing that took nearly 7 years for a full recovery.

I’m happy to say that now I’m as strong (and healthier) than before, and it’s my mission to help others recover from fatigue and achieve their fitness goals in a healthy, balanced way.
